This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on Walletly. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All products sold on Walletly are digital gift cards delivered instantly via email. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a gift card code has been generated and delivered, the transaction is considered complete and the code cannot be "returned."
As a general rule, gift card purchases are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and the code has been issued. This policy exists because gift card codes cannot be invalidated or recalled once delivered.
We will consider a refund or replacement in the following limited circumstances:
To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact our support team at support@walletly.in within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your Order ID, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your payment failed during checkout, no amount is deducted from your account, and no refund is necessary. If you notice a deduction for a failed transaction, it will be automatically reversed by your bank within standard banking timelines.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and the gift card code has been generated, as delivery is instantaneous.
